In the lead-up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Marcus hosted an event in Nottingham, interviewing football writer Jonathan Wilson. The focus was Jonathan's new book, a history of the World Cup called 'The Power and The Glory.'

Around 80 people attended the entertaining chat at West Bridgford Library, Nottingham, with an audience Q&A and signing session too.
