Books by Marcus Alton

Marcus' book 'Brian Clough The Lost Tapes' is his fifth. It has been described as a treasure trove of Cloughie memories, with reviewers praising the new stories previously undocumented.

Marcus' first book was published in 2008. 'Young Man, You've Made My Day' has a foreword written by Barbara Clough.

The following book, 'The Day I Met Brian Clough,' includes memories of Cloughie from friends, family, fans, former players and journalists.

'Champagne Memories' tells the story of Brian Clough's close friend Colin Shields and how his life was transformed through his friendship with the Miracle Manager.

Marcus was approached by publishers Amberley to compile 'Brian Clough Fifty Defining Fixtures' which covers Cloughie's playing and managerial career.

Marcus has appeared at various book festivals, book shop events and charity fundraisers. His books include several Amazon best-sellers and signed copies are available to purchase online. Marcus can sign them with your personal message, making the books great gifts too.
